At Rosafella we strive to provide you with high-quality products and helpful tips to choose the right size. We hope you adore Rosafella items as much as we do. But if for some reason, you would like to make a return or exchange, please read the following before you proceed:

We offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a gift card, different product, or refund.
The following terms and conditions apply to all returns and exchanges outlined below:
  • Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 working days of receiving the order.
  • Every refunded or exchanged product must have NO visible signs of wear or use, it must have the fabric tag still attached to it, and it must be sent back in its original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
  • Items that are used, damaged, soiled, or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement.
The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.

Too small/big

  • If your size is available on our online store, you can exchange your order for the size you need.
  • If the size you need is not available, you can return your order for a gift card or refund.

Issues during wash & care

  • We do not take responsibility for not following the wash & care instructions for our products. We do not offer a return or exchange in this case.
  • Contact us at info@rosafella.com to understand what was done incorrectly.
If you have lost/thrown out the paper tag, you can find Wash & Care instructions on each Rosafella clothing product page.
We advise you to keep the paper tag on the hanger, just in case, because it contains information like clothing composition, Wash & Care, recycling options, and a QR code that leads to its online product page.

Lost or damaged package

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please reach out to the DPD courier for assistance.
We are here to support and help resolve any issues that may arise.

Wrong product
